Clariness GmbH is seeking a patient recruitment representative on a freelance/project-based basis to manage clinical trial sites and facilitate connections between patients and doctors.

The role focuses on screening and coordinating care, not sales. Fluency in Arabic and English, a medical background, and strong phone/email customer service skills are required. Flexible daytime, noon, and evening hours are appreciated in a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Arabic and English; native Arabic speaker.
• Experience as Nurse, CRA, or in the medical field.
• Phone and email customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of medical topics.
• Well-organized and confident communicator delivering first-class service.
• Available to work mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the contact person for patients.
• Screen patients; perform screening with pure customer service (no sales).
• Help doctors and patients connect with each other as part of the team.
