Client Operations Delivery Analyst at Cisco

Responsibilities
  • Provides customers with near real-time visibility into their Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) Installed Base (IB).
  • Enables efficient management of Cisco entitlements throughout their lifecycle and supports informed business decisions.
  • Collaborates closely with Customer Experience (CX) and Sales teams to deliver valuable insights and solutions.
  • Drives operational excellence, data accuracy, and risk reduction in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Fosters a collaborative and innovative team culture committed to customer success and continuous improvement.
Your Impact
  • Define customers’ business structures and identify Cisco HW and SW assets under the service scope.
  • Build Installed Base (IB) baselines by integrating customer, network, and Cisco data to capture asset attributes.
  • Conduct ongoing discovery and validation of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate data and ownership.
  • Provide insights to support customer reconciliation and validate data for Enterprise Agreements.
  • Guide customers in developing “Smart Account” strategies and participate in client meetings, reports, and reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets and produce comprehensive, customer-focused reports.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cisco products, services, and the broader technology industry.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer engagement or service roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
