Job summary

Unknown Client in Saudi Arabia seeks a Civil Estimation Engineer to support bid preparation and cost estimation for civil works in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and related sectors. The role involves technical reviews, coordination with multiple teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The successful candidate will prepare earthworks and concrete estimates, manage cost components, and assist in commercial proposals and change orders while maintaining alignment with Saudi Aramco,

Qualifications

• Review ITB documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Estimate labor, material, equipment, subcontract, and indirect costs.
• Prepare estimates for earthworks, trenching, concrete works, HDD/micro-tunneling, valve chambers, and related civil activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project teams during bid preparation.
• Prepare commercial proposals, bid summaries, and cost comparison sheets.
• Support budget reviews, change orders, and claim evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and SEC standards.
