Qualifications

• Strong understanding of core civil engineering and construction principles.
• Ability to monitor and execute civil construction activities according to project requirements.
• Ability to understand civil drawings, plans, dimensions, and specifications.
• Knowledge of checking workmanship, materials, and completed civil works.
• Ability to support measurements, quantity calculations, and construction material planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities, construction progress, manpower, and materials.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation before execution.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to maintain workflow.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure civil works comply with applicable project standards.
• Assist with quantity calculations, material requirements, measurements, and site documentation.
• Identify site-related technical issues and support timely corrective actions.
• Follow project safety procedures and ensure civil activities are carried out in a safe working environment.
