Responsibilities

• Design and develop new processes and equipment for various industries.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for projects.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to implement improvements.
• Perform process simulations and optimize existing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and equipment
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all process design and implementation
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process design and optimization techniques
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for process-related issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in process engineering technology and techniques
