How do you shape a KSA brand while supporting long-term economic and community development?

This is a senior leadership opportunity within a large-scale, government-aligned organisation playing a central role in the Kingdom’s development agenda.

Role

Reporting at the executive level, the Chief Marketing Officer will lead the overall marketing, brand, and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with KSA priorities, organisational objectives, and stakeholder expectations.

The role carries responsibility for setting the strategic direction of marketing across brand governance, communications, digital platforms, research, and regional execution, while maintaining a consistent and credible public presence.

This position offers the opportunity to operate at scale, with direct influence on how a nationally significant organisation is positioned both locally and internationally.

You will be entrusted to:

  • Establish and oversee a unified marketing and brand framework that supports long-term objectives
  • Balance central oversight with regional execution across multiple initiatives and developments
