  • Board-level presence and executive maturity.
  • Deep knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and local market dynamics.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Saudi national preferred.

About the Role

Join a prominent diversified holding group in Saudi Arabia as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), where you will champion the people agenda across various business units. This pivotal role encompasses both strategic vision and hands-on execution, aimed at constructing a scalable HR operating model, enhancing governance, and fostering sustainable growth within the group’s diverse portfolio. As the CHRO, you will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board, spearheading transformative initiatives across HR systems, policies, leadership, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with business growth and long-term value creation.
  • Establish transparent HR governance, decision-making processes, and operational rhythms across subsidiaries.
  • Serve as an HR thought partner to the CEO and Board on matters concerning workforce, leadership, and organizational strategy.
  • Evaluate and refine organizational structures, spans of control, and role definitions.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives that align with business objectives, growth strategies, and fiscal prudence.
  • Design leadership and succession frameworks for critical roles.
  • Manage executive recruitment, leadership development, and programs for high-potential talent.
  • Enhance performance management systems and cultivate accountability.
  • Direct the creation or improvement of HR policies, job grades, compensation structures, and contracts.
  • Ensure the accuracy of HR systems (HRIS), employee data, and reporting.
  • Guarantee compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Saudization, and other regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and risk management.
  • Promote a culture that is performance-driven and aligned with core values.
  • Oversee change management efforts during periods of growth, restructuring, or transformation.
