Be Different Recruitment is assisting a global industrial company in recruiting a Chief Financial Officer based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The CFO will lead all finance activities including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance, and investor relations.

The role requires a CPA credential and a degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 10 years of leadership in manufacturing/industrial sectors, and excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the finance and accounting team.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and executive management.

• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Provide commercial insight to exceed business plan targets.
• Ensure risk and compliance framework is embedded and operational.
• Establish relations with senior management and external partners.
• Review finance, HR and IT procedures.

Our client, a successful global industrial company is urgently looking for a Chief Financial Officer to be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations. Obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities

The following requirements are essential:

• Degree / Honours / Masters in Accounting or Finance
• CPA credential (Certified Accountant) is essential
• Manufacturing and Industrial experience is essential
• At least 10 years' experience and proven leadership and management experience is essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the executive presence to work with senior management, investors and external stakeholders
• Need to be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement

Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO / President and members of the executive management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the group
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures
