Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the organization’s long-term vision, mission, and strategy
• Align sporting objectives with commercial and operational goals
• Identify growth opportunities (new markets, partnerships, events, products)

Business & Financial Performance

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation
• Ensure profitability, sustainability, and efficient resource allocation
• Lead sponsorship, media rights, licensing, and commercial partnerships

Sporting & Operational Oversight

• Ensure high standards of sporting performance and athlete development
• Oversee operations including competitions, facilities, logistics, and events
• Support innovation in training, technology, and fan engagement

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local and international sports regulations
• Maintain strong corporate governance and ethical standards
• Act as the main liaison with the Board of Directors

Stakeholder & Brand Management

• Represent the organization publicly and with key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with sponsors, federations, government bodies, and media
• Strengthen brand reputation, fan engagement, and community impact

People & Culture

• Build and lead a high-performing executive team

Key Requirements

Experience

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience (CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent)
