The role requires managing design work, reviews of drawings and specs, and mentoring the electrical team, with a focus on budget, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Registered Professional Engineer certification or eligibility.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in electrical design, protection systems, and international codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Principal Electrical Engineer to implement project designs.
• Lead and supervise Lead Engineers across multiple projects.
• Prepare and review electrical studies, drawings, specs, and docs.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, standards and safety requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives and priorities; manage budgets and resources.
• Mentor and develop the Electrical Engineering team; support recruitment and performance reviews.
