Responsibilities include research and analysis, process improvement, production oversight, troubleshooting, collaborating with engineers and technicians, data monitoring, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, theories, and techniques.
• Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen Plus or Hysys.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to develop new chemical processes or improve existing ones.
• Design equipment and processes for plant operations.
• Oversee production processes to ensure they are cost-effective and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Work with other engineers and technicians to optimize plant operations.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
