Progress Personnel in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced CFO / Head of Finance to lead the accounting function for a leading manufacturing group in the Riyadh region.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive timely financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting and cash flow management, and implement new processes. A Bachelor's in accounting/finance and at least five years of managerial experience in KSA with a transferable Iqama are required.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading a finance team.
• Experience with organisational change and restructuring is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee timely reporting of all financial information.
• Lead group consolidations and cashflow management.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and implement new procedures to improve the finance workflow.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury functions.
• Provide training to finance staff and mentor the team.
• Support CEO on special projects and process improvements.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading KSA based manufacturing group during a period of change and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance / CFO to provide leadership and direction for the accounting function.

Key Duties

• Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information.
• Group consolidations.
• Direct budget and forecasting activities including cashflow management.
• Develop and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Manage bank relationships.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Support CEO with special projects and workflow process improvements.

Requirements

o succeed in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree (preferably Accounting/ Finance) and ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in leading a finance team. Proven experience of organisational change management / restructure is key to this role.

You will need to be currently working in KSA and have a transferable Iqama for this role.
