A leading manufacturing group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced CFO to join during a period of growth. The successful candidate will lead the finance team, ensuring timely financial reporting, managing budgets, and enhancing workflows. This role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and significant managerial experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managerial experience leading a finance team.
• Proven experience in organizational change management or restructuring.
• Currently working in KSA with a transferable Iqama.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to join this leading KSA based manufacturing group during a period of change and growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance / CFO to provide leadership and direction for the accounting function.

Duties will include;

• Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information.
• Group consolidations
• Direct budget and forecasting activities including cashflow management
• Develop and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Manage bank relationships
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Support CEO with special projects and workflow process improvements.

o succeed in this role you will need a Bachelor's Degree ( preferably Accounting/ Finance) and ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in leading a finance team. Proven experience of organisational change management / restructure is key to this role.

You will need to be currently working in KSA and have a transferable Iqama for this role.
