Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Prince Sultan Air Base CES Operational Specialist to support the 378 ECES. You will manage work orders, coordinate customer needs, and ensure timely execution of services for 4,000 personnel across multiple sites, including TDY and rotating personnel.

The role demands strong organizational skills, English fluency, and the ability to operate under contingency conditions, supporting U.S. deployed forces and KSA partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related operational experience.
• Preferred USAF CES 3E6 Operations Manager or similar Military/DOD training.
• U.S. citizenship with valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Passport book with 13+ months remaining and 6 blank visa pages.
• Must hold/maintain active DOD secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• English fluency (read/write/speak).
• Knowledge of USAF CES policies, operations, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and manages work order priority programs and ensures compliance with limits or agreements.
• Operates computers and communications equipment to support workforce management and records.
• Coordinate customer work, inspections, and service disruptions with facility manager; timing per standards.
• Identify, estimate, plan, and procure resources for approved work.
• Review requests and determine best approach; provide work order status to customers.
