Job summary

SportPlex Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to deliver safe and engaging sessions for members across all fitness levels. You will lead mat and equipment-based classes, adapt progressions, and foster a supportive, client-centered environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of studio experience, holds a certified Pilates Instructor credential (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Peak, or equivalent), and can teach Reformer and other formats. CPR/AED certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of Pilates teaching experience in studios, gyms, or wellness centers (preferred).
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Peak Pilates, or equivalent) mandatory.
• Experience teaching Reformer and multiple Pilates formats is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mat and equipment-based Pilates sessions (Reformer, Tower, Chair, etc.).
• Create class programs aligned with SportPlex standards and member needs.
• Provide modifications and progressions suitable for various fitness levels.
• Teach proper form, breathing, alignment, and movement precision based on Pilates methodology.
• Build a motivating, inclusive, and client-centered class environment.
• Educate members on safe equipment setup and usage.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes and sessions.
• Report attendance, feedback, and any safety or equipment concerns.
• Support workshops, events, and promotional fitness activities as needed.
• Stay updated on new Pilates techniques and training trends.
• Strong technical understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement mechanics.
• Ability to teach both group classes and one-on-one sessions effectively.
• Strong communication and client-engagement skills.
• Passion for Pilates and continuous professional development.
