Job summary

Surbana Consultants Pte Ltd – KSA branch is looking for experienced professionals to fill positions for CE Associate and CE Principal Engineer in Riyadh. Candidates should have a strong background in civil/structural project leadership and be Chartered Engineers with significant experience.

The CE Associate will manage projects and mentor teams, while the CE Principal Engineer will provide technical leadership and ensure project compliance with codes and QA/QC standards. This is a unique opportunity to work on major projects in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

• CE Associate
• CE Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• CE Associate: Lead and manage civil/structural projects from design through delivery; oversee technical, commercial, and client aspects of multiple projects; review and approve design deliverables, drawings, and calculations; ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards; manage project performance including forecasting, progress, and delivery outcomes; lead client engagement and support business development activities; mentor and develop engineering teams.
• CE Principal Engineer: Lead civil/structural engineering design and delivery for major projects; manage multiple projects or design packages simultaneously; provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering issues; ensure compliance with codes, standards, and QA/QC requirements; support project planning, coordination, and technical reviews; contribute to bids, proposals, and client presentations; mentor junior and senior engineers.

Qualifications

• CE Associate: Chartered Engineer or minimum 10 years' experience; strong background in civil/structural project leadership; proven ability to manage client relationships and project delivery; experience in multidisciplinary consultancy environments.
• CE Principal Engineer: Chartered Engineer or minimum 8 years' experience; strong civil/structural design and delivery experience; experience with RC, steel, and infrastructure projects; strong technical leadership and coordination skills.
