Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking a Command and Control Specialist to oversee CCTV and integrated security systems. The role emphasizes maintaining operational efficiency, system reliability, and facility security across surveillance platforms.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in CCTV/security surveillance, with strong IP camera, NVR/DVR, and VMS knowledge, plus proficiency in Arabic and English. Collaboration with IT and Security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CCTV or security surveillance.
• Strong knowledge of IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, and VMS.
• Experience with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switches, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with access control and integrated security solutions.
• Proficient in Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems including IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and VMS.
• Configure cameras and network connectivity; troubleshoot CCTV issues.
• Ensure continuous operation and system performance; monitor surveillance.
• Coordinate with IT and Security teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain video storage, retrieval, and backup processes.
• Support integration with access control and alarm systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system inspections.
• Prepare technical reports and incident logs.
• Assist investigations with video footage analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and requirements.
