Qualifications

• 8+ years in cards sales and acquisition, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of credit card products, sales mechanisms, and acquisition journeys.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns driving acquisition, activation, and usage.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of card acquisition strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
• Manage and improve the end-to-end customer acquisition journey.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel.
• Monitor campaign and sales performance, including conversion rates, and recommend corrective actions.

Job Title: Cards Acquisition Specialist – Digital Payments

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

We are looking for a cards acquisition professional to support growth across credit card sales, acquisition, activation, and usage. The role will focus on the full customer acquisition journey, sales-funnel improvement, campaign execution, and performance monitoring.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the development and execution of card acquisition strategies and targeted sales campaigns.
• Manage and improve the end-to-end customer acquisition journey.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel.
• Monitor campaign and sales performance, including conversion rates, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with sales channels, marketing, operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular performance updates and actionable recommendations.

Knowledge and Experience

• 8+ years' experience in cards sales and acquisition, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit card products, sales mechanisms, and the complete customer acquisition journey.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and usage.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Must meet applicable work authorization and client eligibility requirements in KSA.

Mandatory Skills

• Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
• Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); Arabic preferred.

Preferred Skills

• The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
• An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
