A group of well-known restaurant outlets in Riyadh is seeking CAPTAIN WAITERS with excellent personalities, strong experience, and outstanding communication skills to join their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a friendly and professional approach.
• Train and support waitstaff in service standards and menu knowledge.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Work closely with management to maintain high service quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Captain Waiter or in a senior service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-presented, confident, and customer focused.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.

Contract: 1 year (fast visa processing)
