Job summary

Alqotr seeks a survey drafting specialist to transform field survey data into precise AutoCAD and Civil 3D drawings, and to create BIM models in Revit for internal surveys and as-built documentation. Qualifications

• Practical experience in CAD drafting and surveying-related drawings.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and surveying drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for surveying and topographic drawing production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surveying drawings based on field survey works, including topographic and detailed surveys.
• Process and organize survey data and convert it into accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Prepare project drawings and plans, including survey plans, topographic plans, contours, profiles and sections.
• Prepare and update As-Built drawings and execution drawings based on survey results.
• Convert internal survey data into As-Built BIM models using Revit when required.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with field data and project requirements.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and survey data per project standards.

To prepare technical drawings and plans resulting from surveying works and convert field survey data into accurate digital drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with the ability to prepare models and drawings using Revit, particularly for internal building survey and as-built documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surveying drawings based on field survey works, including:
• Topographic surveys.
• Detailed surveys.
• Building and structure surveys.
• Process and organize survey data and convert it into accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Prepare project drawings and plans according to project requirements, including:
• Survey Plans.
• Topographic Plans.
• Contour Plans.
• Profiles and Sections.
• Prepare and update As-Built drawings and execution drawings based on survey results.
• Produce drawings related to internal building surveys, including:
• Walls.
• Openings.
• Doors and windows.
• Columns.
• Levels and elevations.
• Rooms.
• Existing architectural elements.
• Convert internal survey data into As-Built BIM models using Revit, when required.
• Review drawings and ensure their accuracy and compliance with field survey data and project requirements.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and survey data in accordance with project standards and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Practical experience in CAD drafting and surveying-related drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, particularly for surveying and topographic drawing production.
• Good knowledge of Revit, especially for internal building surveys and As-Built BIM modeling.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and surveying drawings.
• Ability to process field survey data and convert it into accurate and well-organized technical drawings.
