Role Overview

As an ambitious performance management professional, you will design, develop, and deliver a world‑class performance management framework for the growing Cabin Crew community. You will supervise day‑to‑day performance management, set and appraise annual goals, and provide coaching and constructive feedback to elevate performance. You will promote a high‑performance culture through collaboration, engagement, and adherence to Riyadh Air values (FRESH), while ensuring a positive and productive work environment within the cabin crew.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver a performance management framework for the Cabin Crew community.
  • Supervise performance management, including setting annual goals and providing coaching to enhance performance.
  • Promote consistency across the Cabin Crew performance department and support best practices.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture by encouraging collaboration, engagement, and adherence to company values.
  • Strategically identify and implement transformative opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of inflight operational experience with a deep understanding of cabin crew roles, service standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with the ability to compile detailed reports, analyze performance data, and interpret trends using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong coaching and feedback skills with a track record of driving measurable results.
