Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of aviation experience to apply—but you do need the right mindset.

Here's what we require:

• A minimum of High School education.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Additional languages are a welcome advantage.
• Previous service industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• A professional, customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and passengers.
• Physical and medical fitness for the role, including meeting safety and emergency procedure standards.
