Qualifications

• 8–13 years of experience in Tier-1 strategy consulting, Big Four, or corporate strategy.
• Expertise in strategy development, operating models, and investment case design.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Saudi Nationals preferred.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (outside Riyadh), Sunday–Thursday.
• Experience in higher education, university investment entities, or endowment funds is a strong advantage.
