Job summary

The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Solar) to drive growth and expand into new territories. You will identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within solar or renewable energy.
