• Ensure works follow IFC drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, survey teams and inspectors.
• Verify site readiness and resource availability before starting construction.
• Monitor workforce productivity and efficient use of labour, equipment and materials.
• Review drawings and technical documents prior to execution and resolve site queries.
