Job Vacancy: Branch Manager for a Nursery and Kindergarten Center

We are looking for an outstanding Branch Manager to lead and manage a nursery and kindergarten center, and to oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure a safe and motivating educational environment for children.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of the center's daily operations and the educational and administrative staff.
• Monitor the quality of the educational and care programs provided to children.
• Prepare schedules and operational plans and ensure adherence to them.
• Communicate with parents and address observations and inquiries.
• Follow up on children's enrollment, files, and compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Oversee children's safety, as well as the cleanliness and facilities of the center.
• Prepare periodic reports and follow up on the branch's needs to achieve its objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in managing a nursery or kindergarten or an educational facility.
• Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team, solve problems, and make decisions.
