Job summary

MARCO is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead implementation, standards, and workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. You will coordinate models to identify and resolve clashes, manage BIM teams, and ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field, and 15+ years in BIM, including 3–5 years in management, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM implementation, standards, and workflows across disciplines.
• Coordinate BIM models to identify clashes and resolve issues.
• Manage BIM teams and ensure model quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with PMs, consultants, and contractors for timely BIM deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the BEP and oversee clash detection and resolution.

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
• Manage BIM teams, model quality, and compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely BIM deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), oversee clash detection, resolution, and coordinate with sub-consultants and stakeholders for seamless integration.

Qualification / Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in BIM, including 3–5 years in a BIM management role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
