Job summary

ApplyMint in Riyadh is seeking a tendering and prequalification support professional. You will track opportunities, prepare PQ/EOI documents, and maintain credential packages for bids, while coordinating with vendors and clients.

The role requires a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, 3+ years in tendering or prequalification, and strong documentation skills. Based in Saudi Arabia with English fluency; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, marketing or prequalification support (construction/engineering preferred).
• Strong document control and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Fluent English; Chinese or Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track new project opportunities and maintain an opportunity log/pipeline.
• Prepare and compile EOI/PQ documents and coordinate submissions; manage vendor/client portals.
• Prepare and update company profile, past project references, and capability statements for bids/PQ.
• Develop and polish presentation decks and management/client reporting materials.
• Assist in coordinating inputs for bidding documents, including supplier quotations and post-tender clarifications.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related)

3+ years tendering / marketing / prequalification support

Strong document control and communication skills

Based in KSA

Fluent English; Chinese or Arabic advantageous
