Job summary

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a BI Developer/Consultant for an on-site role in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will lead end-to-end BI solutions, from data modeling to dashboards, with a focus on Arabic-speaking stakeholders.

The role requires 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik, strong SQL, and data modeling skills. Excellent requirements gathering and consulting capabilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years building BI solutions end-to-end (data modeling - visualization - deployment)
• Strong hands-on skills in a major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) — expert-level in at least one
• Strong SQL (query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins)
• Data modeling experience (star schema, dimensional modeling)
• ETL/ELT experience — building and troubleshooting data pipelines feeding BI layers
• Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate into dashboards/reports (this is the “consultant” half — not just a report-builder)
• DAX or equivalent calculation-language proficiency (if Power BI-centric)

Experience: 4-6 years

ARABIC SPEAKING IS A MUST HAVE.

MUST HAVE

• 4-6+ years building BI solutions end-to-end (data modeling - visualization - deployment)

• Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with data governance/row-level security implementation
• Prior consulting background (used to client-facing engagements, scoping, and stakeholder management)
