Chalhoub Group in Jeddah seeks a Commercial Manager to maximize commercial performance across trade channels. You will drive brand strategy, partner with Marketing on market initiatives, and align annual sales planning with profitability goals.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, hands-on market experience in FMCG, and the ability to influence stakeholders across levels. A hybrid approach is possible under group policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Background in FMCG, preferably within the beauty industry.
• Strong market awareness with a hands-on, field-oriented approach.
• Proven commercial mindset with solid financial acumen to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive build up and execution of brand strategy across the network of customers.
• Partner with Marketing and Brand team to ensure full rollout of commercial initiatives in the market.
• Align with Commercial teams on annual sales planning and targets for KSA.
• Consolidate price structures per brand and customer and suggest profitability improvements.
• Monitor discounts, margins, and profitability to sustain performance.
• Track sell-out performance and manage stock levels, shortages and risks.
