Key Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and service team.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, clean presentation, and timely service during daily operations.
• Support table setup, food service, beverage service, table clearing, and outlet cleanliness.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and related barista equipment safely.
• Keep the counter, service station, crockery, glassware, and work area clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, grooming, and hotel service procedures at all times.
• Assist guests with menu information, beverage suggestions, and special requests.
• Report guest concerns or service issues to the supervisor or restaurant manager.
• Support stock checking for coffee, milk, tea, syrups, and beverage supplies.
