Barista - Coffee Shop in Riyadh

A popular coffee shop in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee and other beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This job is open to Indian nationals with at least 2 years of experience as a barista. English proficiency is not required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
• Ensure quality control by monitoring coffee brewing equipment and adjusting as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including counters, tables, and equipment
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements
