We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Medina. As a Barber you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling and grooming services to our diverse clientele. You must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
• Provide hair cutting, styling and grooming services as requested by clients
• Suggest appropriate hairstyles or grooming techniques based on clients face shape and features
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Sterilize tools and equipment after each use to ensure hygiene standards are met
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in haircuts, styles and grooming techniques
• Promote salon services and products to clients
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber or similar role (2+ years preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of hair care products, equipment and techniques
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• 10-hour shifts
