The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of experience with top-tier firms, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations)
• Experience within banking (retail banking, corporate banking and payments/digital/fintech)
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in English and Arabic
