Job summary

A local financial institution in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking dedicated Bank Tellers, preferably Indian women, to provide excellent customer service and process transactions. Responsibilities include assisting with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and educating customers about bank services. Candidates should possess strong communication and numerical skills, experience in customer service preferred, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Indian national with fluency in English, Arabic skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
• Process loan payments, issue cashier's checks, and perform account maintenance tasks.
• Educate customers on bank products and services, and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Adhere to all banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
• Handle large amounts of currency with accuracy and attention to detail.
