Job summary

KSACity in Amman seeks a Social Media Manager to lead B2B content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms. You will develop strategies, manage content calendars, and publish engaging posts, stories, reels and videos.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in social media management, strong copywriting, photography and videography skills, and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and CapCut. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in B2B construction or industrial sectors.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
• Strong photography and videography skills including composition, lighting, framing, and audio capture.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and CapCut.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools and platform analytics.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Prepare and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content including posts, captions, stories, reels and videos.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction sites, product applications, project milestones and corporate events.
• Edit video footage and produce reels, project case studies, interviews and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, technical and sales teams to communicate complex products and solutions.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and inquiries while maintaining brand messaging and visual standards.
• Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Track social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, audience growth and campaign results; recommend improvements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and audience engagement to identify new content opportunities.
