Job summary

KANOO TERMINAL SERVICES LTD in Dammam hires a Marketing Specialist to build and execute B2B marketing plans in the logistics sector. You will maintain customer databases, develop campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across materials.

You will create content for the website and social media, conduct market research, and support events and proposals, collaborating with internal teams to translate services into compelling marketing narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with social media, digital marketing, content creation, and market research.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, commercially aware, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and initiatives aligned with the company s business objectives.
• Develop and maintain the company s brand identity and ensure consistency across marketing and communication materials.
• Manage and coordinate content for the company s website social media platforms company profiles presentations brochures and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends customer needs market opportunities and competitor activities.
• Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and strengthen the company s market presence.
• Coordinate and support participation in exhibitions conferences industry events and customer engagement activities.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand services and translate operational capabilities into effective marketing content.
• Monitor and report on marketing activities campaigns engagement and lead-generation performance.
• Maintain marketing databases records and relevant market intelligence.
• Support corporate communications and other promotional initiatives as required.
• Assist in preparing customer presentations proposals company profiles and promotional materials.
