Noon is building Noon Business, a B2B marketplace redefining how companies source recurring supplies in the Middle East. As Category Manager you will shape assortment strategy, manage supplier partnerships, and optimize pricing to accelerate category growth.

This high-impact role requires two-way collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value for business customers and launch v1 assortment, negotiate with key sellers, and drive tangible market insights back into product and ops.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Category, business development.
• Willingness to spend time in the market with minimal structure and high expectations.
• Ability to act with ownership and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Defining and building the right assortment for launch (v1).
• Onboarding and negotiating with key sellers.
