Job summary

Nahdi Medical Co. seeks a seasoned Category Department Manager to own the end-to-end management of a key product category within the Merchandise Division. You will shape strategy, optimize the portfolio, negotiate with suppliers, and drive pricing, promotions, and availability across stores.

With a strong market and supplier basis, you will lead cross-functional efforts to grow sales, improve margins, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across Nahdi's network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10 years in retail or FMCG category management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and category analytics tools.
• English language required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage SKU portfolio, pricing, promotions, and product availability across stores.
• Lead product lifecycle decisions including listings and delistings.
• Lead Joint Business Planning with suppliers to maximize performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
