Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance seeks a professional Technical Instructor with a strong background in H145 maintenance and practical training delivery. You will develop and deliver on‑the‑job training, create effective teaching aids, and supervise new technicians during assessments in a fixed-term role.

Minimum 5 years in H145 maintenance, 3 years in instructional roles, and an OEM‑approved rating are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Aircraft maintenance or equivalent, min 2 years.
• Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA license preferred.
• Technical Experience: 5+ years in H145 maintenance.
• Instructional Experience: 3+ years as a Technical Instructor.
• Type Rating: H145 rating by OEM-approved organization.
• Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT curriculums.
• Training Aids: Experience creating charts, graphs, handouts, slides.
• Supervision & Administration: Supervising trainees during evaluations.
• Technical Writing: 3 years in technical writing role preferred.
• Specialty Qualification: Level-7 in logistics, maintenance, or training preferred.
• Certification: Instructor qualification/course certificate.
• Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.0+.
• Software Skills: MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Aircraft maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).

• Licensing: EASA Part 66/ FAA License is preferred.

• Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance.

• Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Technical Instructor.

• Type Rating: Type rating in H145 by an approved organization from the OEM.

• Curriculum Development: Experience in developing and instructing OJT (On-the-Job Training) curriculum in the respective field for both fresh and advanced maintenance technicians.

• Training Aids: Experience in developing teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate technical training courses.

• Supervision & Administration: * Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations.

• Technical Writing: 3 years in a technical writing position is preferred.

• Specialty Qualification: Preferred to be qualified as a Level-7 in related specialties of logistics, maintenance, and training.

• Certification: Must have an instructor qualification/course certificate from a recognized organization.

• Language Proficiency: * For non-native speakers, a minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.

• Software Skills: Have working knowledge of office automation tools such as MS Office.

Mandatory Requirements

• All requirements and information in the CV must be proven by a copy of an official document.

• Pass the PSS/GSAC interview (attended physically or online).

• Pass the security clearance from the KSA government.
