The role involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing flight survival equipment for rotary wing aircraft. Candidates should have two years of experience as an ALSS technician and be proficient in technical manuals and aviation maintenance management systems. A high school diploma is required, along with professional communication skills and valid driver’s license. Travel is expected to be 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Two years recent experience as an ALSS technician for rotary wing aircraft.
• Proficient in computer-hosted aviation maintenance management systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Account for all Aircrew related flight gear before and after flight.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on escape and environmental systems.
• Conduct 'All Tools Accounted For' inventories.
• Request and manage aircraft materials and technical directives.
• Prepare and maintain ALSE/ALSS maintenance forms.
