Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative in our Energy Services group in Saudi Arabia.

You will work autonomously with Sales Representatives to execute service plans in strategic district accounts, delivering problem solving support and building strong client relationships to drive satisfaction. The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, 25% overnight travel, a valid driver's license, and no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
• Assist Sales Representatives with plant surveys of prospective customers.
• Assist Sales Reps with start-ups of new applications in existing and new accounts.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in strategic district accounts and support District Sales Representatives.
• Provide technical support to customers; identify and resolve pain points; escalate as required.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure operations run optimally.
• Support services including sample testing, light maintenance, service reports, chemical ordering, inventory management, and general labor.
• Actively support Nalco Champion innovations and technology in district accounts.
• Possible travel within assigned sales territory; coordinate and troubleshoot jobs.
