Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in TOSCA automation, a solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within Agile processes, and hands‑on experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test cases using TOSCA.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for telecom applications.
• Maintain and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to STLC best practices and maintain comprehensive test documentation.
