Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking an Automation Engineer for a tissue paper manufacturing environment in Saudi Arabia. You'll program and maintain PLC/DCS/SCADA systems, integrate control systems with production machinery, and diagnose faults to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Automation or Mechatronics and 3+ years of hands-on automation experience in tissue production. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Job Description:

• Program, configure, troubleshoot and maintain PLC, DCS and SCADA systems to ensure reliable operation of tissue paper manufacturing equipment.
• Integrate industrial automation and control systems with tissue paper production machinery, ensuring seamless communication, synchronization and process control.
• Diagnose and resolve control system faults, instrumentation issues and communication failures to minimize production downtime and improve machine reliability.
• Support preventive maintenance, automation upgrades, system modifications and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, safety and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
