Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry‑recognized certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or Dante Certification.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in corporate, live events, or broadcast AV environments.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of audio consoles, video switchers, and lighting boards.
