Job summary

The American International School - Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) seeks an Associate Principal for Early Years to Grade 2 to lead instructional excellence across the Elementary School and partner with the Principal and leadership team.

You will oversee curriculum development, staff supervision, data-informed planning, parent communication, and community engagement, while ensuring a supportive, inclusive environment for young learners and a smooth day-to-day operation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in early years or elementary education.
• Experience guiding curriculum development and staff supervision.
• Strong data-informed decision-making and assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a senior learning leader in EY-G2.
• Provide instructional leadership to faculty, students, and parents.
• Collaborate with ES Principal and HR for recruitment and development.
• Assist with curriculum development and learning structures.
• Oversee attendance, scheduling, and school events.
• Maintain partnerships with families and the broader community.
