We’re on the lookout for strong, hands‑on leaders who are ready to step up. As an Assistant Security Manager, you’ll support the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations, maintaining safety standards, and helping lead a motivated security team that protects our people, guests, and property.

This role is about ownership, accountability, and being present on the ground. You’ll play a key part in operational execution, team discipline, and continuous improvement while contributing to a safe and welcoming hotel environment.

A little taste of your day‑to‑day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Supporting the management and maintenance of all security equipment, ensuring timely follow‑up and reporting.
  • Observing hotel operations and reporting water leakages or unnecessary electricity usage to the concerned departments to help reduce wastage.
  • Conducting inspections of colleagues’ cars and other vehicles when required, ensuring compliance and that no prohibited or stolen items are present.
  • Participating in Our People activities when required, such as sports events, workshops, and colleague engagement initiatives.
  • Investigating and reporting reasons for security guards reporting late for duty and supporting corrective actions.
  • Monitoring punctuality and attendance during assigned shifts and preparing the required reports.
  • Supporting security colleagues in preparing self‑assessments and personal development plans.
  • Assisting in preparing duty rosters and ensuring adequate coverage across shifts.
  • Acting as a point of support for the Security Manager in daily operations and incident handling.
What we need from you
  • High school education.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and third parties while upholding the image of the hotel, the brand, and the company.
  • Good organizational and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to supervise, support, and guide security team members during shifts.
  • Experience in preparing or supporting duty rosters is preferred.
