The successful candidate will ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards, as well as actively monitor contractor work execution. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or a related field, 10–15 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Saudi building codes. This role emphasizes communication and supervision skills within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in construction supervision, including large projects in KSA or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes and quality control procedures.
• Ability to review shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resident Engineer in supervising daily site activities.
• Monitor contractor work execution for compliance with standards.
• Review daily site reports, material deliveries, and work permits.
