Job summary

Omnium International Limited invites applications for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Project Management teams in Riyadh or Jeddah. You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and support projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with objectives.

The role provides exposure to stakeholder coordination, reporting, programme management, and construction delivery, with mentorship from industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline required.
• Saudi national required.
• Experience in construction/engineering/project management environment advantageous.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, or other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects.
• Support management of scope, programme, quality, cost, and risk objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders for effective communication.
• Monitor progress against programmes and highlight delays and risks.
• Assist with reviewing progress updates, reports and outputs.
• Support preparation of weekly and monthly project reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
• Attend meetings and contribute to action planning and follow-up actions.
• Maintain action trackers, risk registers, issue logs and change control records.
• Assist with technical submissions, documentation and contractor deliverables.
• Support coordination of design, procurement, construction and handover activities.
• Assist in monitoring contractor performance and progress against requirements.
• Support governance, reporting standards, and project management procedures.
• Develop understanding of contracts, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, coordination and efficiency.
• Take ownership of tasks and packages; mentor junior team members.
