Job summary

A leading global company is looking for a motivated professional to manage key accounts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective in-store execution. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields and 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Panda. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this role, which promotes a diverse and inclusive environment.

  • Experience managing key accounts in KSA.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver annual sales targets including volume, value, and profitability for assigned MT accounts.

JOB PURPOSE

The role focuses on delivering sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, optimizing in-store execution, and ensuring aligned JBP (Joint Business Plan) delivery with strategic customers.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Account Management & Business Growth
  • Deliver annual sales targets including volume, value, and profitability for assigned MT accounts.
2. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers (buyers, category managers, store operations).
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities and address challenges.
3. In-Store Execution Excellence
  • Ensure perfect store execution:
    • On-shelf availability (OSA)
    • Planogram compliance
    • Promo activation and price adherence
    • Display implementation
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Panda (preferred)
  • Experience managing key accounts in KSA
